The 9 Steps Of The Formula Of Compassion...by Jelaila Starr

The Formula of Compassion discovered by Jelaila Starris a multidimensional process to access personal responsibility that is based on the higher perspective of compassion and consists of 9 steps that enable us to release another from playing a role, and thus change our relationship with that person.

In addition, once we change our relationship to that person, we also see the portion of our reality, the situation in which this person was involved, also change.

The Nine Steps of the Formula are as follows:
Step One: Lesson
What is the lesson I wanted to learn regarding this person and the conflict we are experiencing?

Step Two: Contract
What is the contract I made with this person?

Step Three: Role
What is the role this person is playing to act out his/her part of the contract?

Step Four: Aspect
What is the aspect of myself this person is reflecting back to me?

Step Five: Gift
What is the gift this person is giving me by playing their role?

Step Six: Acceptance
Can I accept the role that this person has played, along with their actions, to help me learn this lesson?

Step Seven: Allowing
Can I allow myself to let go of my anger towards this person who played the role to help me learn the lesson?

Step Eight: Release
Can I release this person from blame?

Step Nine: Kindness
Now that I have released this person, can I be kind to him/her, and if so, how can I do it and when will I do it?
Now that you are feeling the gratitude and compassion, having released the other person from blame and anger, and realize you can be kind to them now, you are just about finished with the Formula.

The final two parts to Step Nine are:

    a) How will you show your kindness, and

    b) When you will do it?

For more details, read the integral article : The Formula Of Compassion

To see how this Formula is applied, read the following article : President Bush And The Formula Of Compassion

"If we don’t want a lying, cheating, disingenuous president in the White House then we must stop being and doing these things to ourselves and each other.

"If we want truth, honesty, and integrity from our leader, we must become those things ourselves.

"Remember, our president is only a mirror of us; what a powerful and true mirror he has been. Jelaila Starr.

In another article intitled Homeland Security And The Formula Of Compassion, the interaction between Light and Dark and how to resolve the conflict is more clear :

"We are at the end of a grand cycle of evolution where we must make a choice.

"We either move up to the next level through ascending our consciousness and our planet, or face destruction.

"It’s at this point that things really heat up.

"It’s all part of the process of ascension and we, the people, are the co-creators.

"Through our choices, individually and collectively we bring forth increased amounts of Light, but, at the same time create more potent manifestations of the Dark.

"Now why would we want to increase the Dark on our world?

"That’s where most of us have missed the boat.

"We have been taught that the Dark is bad and has no value but from the Higher Perspective, it does.

"We create the Dark manifestations in order to act as a catalyst to keep us moving forward.

"We learn through the pain, pain is the great teacher; it shows us what we want by experiencing the consequences of what we don’t want.

"Once we understand this universal principle, a principle of compassion, we can begin to change the reality that we now see. Jelaila Starr.

The 6 Principles Of Naturopathic Medicine...by Dr Karuna Sabnani

Rather than trying to attack specific symptoms of a disease, says Dr Karuna Sabnani, naturopathic doctors focus on cleansing and strengthening the body to address and prevent both chronic and acute disease, following the six principles of naturopathic medicine:
  1. The healing power of nature. Respect for nature includes honoring our fellow human beings, and our bodies’ powerful natural healing processes. Naturopathic treatments work in harmony with the body’s immune system, to increase strength and vitality.
  2. First, do no harm. The approaches used in naturopathic medicine are focused on being safe and non-invasive, with a minimal risk of side effects.
  3. Find and treat the cause. Naturopathic doctors honor symptoms as the body’s way of communicating deeper problems. We generally do not treat the symptoms themselves, as this would be analogous to fixing the “check engine” light on one’s car, instead of checking and fixing the engine. When the cause of an illness is addressed appropriately, the symptoms are addressed as well.
  4. Treat the whole person. Each patient is unique in their own life experiences as well as their genetics, and disease manifests differently in each individual. Each patient has his or her unique dynamic of physical, emotional and mental interactions. When these interactions are out of balance, one’s susceptibility to disease, as well as one’s ability to fight disease, are impacted. Naturopathic medicine seeks to balance the body’s physical, emotional and mental interactions with the appropriate natural medicines and treatment.
  5. Prevent disease. If we all take responsibility for our life situations, lifestyles, habits and patterns, we can begin to recognize imbalances, and work to change them for the better. Naturopathic doctors work with patients to help determine areas needing attention and change, to help prevent minor illnesses from developing into more serious or chronic degenerative disaeases.
  6. Physician as teacher. Disease not only encourages our bodies’ innate healing abilities, but also allows us to open up and accept the help and love of others. Naturopathic physicians work to educate patients about their bodies and how to live more healthy lifestyles, so that healing may occur. When this interaction takes place, healing occurs, and we can share the experience and compassion, and catalyze the healing process in others.

The Double Slit Experiment...by Gregg Braden

In the famous and now well-know 'Double Slit Experiment', "the photons changed from the particle form that could pass through one opening at a time in the barrier (the single slit) to a waveform that could pass through multiple openings in the barrier (the double slit)", says Gregg Braden in his 'Spontaneous Healing Of Belief'.

"What caused the particles to change into waves to accomodate the situation ?" asks Gregg.

"How did the particles know that there was more than one opening in the barrier ? " continues Gregg questionning the experiment.

He concludes that "photons are influenced just by being watched and the more the watching, the greater the watcher's influence on how the particles behave :
  • our bodies and the world are made of the same quantum stuff that changed in the experiment when it was watched ;
  • we are all watchers."
"The quality of our beliefs and expectations have a direct and powerful effect on what happens in our everyday life.

"From this perspective, says Gregg, our reality works like a great cosmic screen that allows us to see the non physical energy of our emotions and beliefs (that is, our anger, hate and rage; as well as our love, compassion and understanding) projected in the physical medium of life."

"The studies concluding 'Observation Affects Reality' demonstrate 2 keys in translating the possibilities of our minds into the reality of our world :
  • beyond any doubt, reality changes in the presence of our focus ;
  • the more we focus, the greater the change."
"Both science and mysticism describe a force that connects everything together. Both are saying that from within, we each hold the power to influence how matter behaves and reality unfolds simply through the way in which we perceive the world around us."

Gregg used the patterns of sound in water as an analogy for the way our 'beliefs waves' ripple through the quantum stuff of which the universe is made. Without describing exactly how the ripples move, the idea was that the experience we call 'belief' has an effect that extends well beyond our bodies where it's created. In that effect we find our power, says Gregg.

He went on saying "as we learn to hone the quality of our beliefs in very precise ways, we're learning to change the belief waves of disease into healing, the patterns of war into peace, and failure and lack into success and abundance in our world. What could be more powerful ? adds Gregg. What could be more sacred ? Is it any wonder that everything from religions to nations have been built around the power of our beleifs ?

Here are some quotes choosed by Gregg that I loved :
  • Neville Goddard : we must enter the image (of our heart's desire, our dream, our goal or our answered prayer) and think from it.
  • William James : if you want a quality in life, act as if you already had it. If you want a trait, act as if you already have the trait.
  • Neville Goddard : the way to do this is to make your future dream a present fact.
  • William Blake : man is all imagination. The eternal body of man is the imagination, that is God Himself.
  • John Mac Kenzie : the distinction between what is real and what is imaginary is not one that can be finely maintained...all existing things are...imaginary.
  • Gregg Braden : we live in a reflected universe, and we are creating the reflections.
  • Neville Goddard : all we need to do to transform our imagination into reality is to assume the feeling of our wish fulfilled.
  • William James : the world we see that seems so insane is the result of a belief system that is not working.
  • Geoff Heath : we are what we come to believe ourselves to be. To change our beliefs is to change our identities. That's why it's difficult to change our beliefs.
  • Neville Goddard : all that we experience - literally everything that happens to us or is done by us - is the product of our consciousness and absolutely nothing else.
  • Gregg Braden : when we ask ourselves to transcend our limitations, what we're really asking is to change our beliefs. And to do so, we need a good reason.
  • Gautama Buddha : every human being is the author of his own health or disease.
