Pris Dans La Toile D'Une Araignée...par Salah Benyoussef

"Oh no, what's this ? A spider web, and I'm caught in the middle..."

The Double Slit Experiment...by Gregg Braden

In the famous and now well-know 'Double Slit Experiment', "the photons changed from the particle form that could pass through one opening at a time in the barrier (the single slit) to a waveform that could pass through multiple openings in the barrier (the double slit)", says Gregg Braden in his 'Spontaneous Healing Of Belief'.

"What caused the particles to change into waves to accomodate the situation ?" asks Gregg.

"How did the particles know that there was more than one opening in the barrier ? " continues Gregg questionning the experiment.

He concludes that "photons are influenced just by being watched and the more the watching, the greater the watcher's influence on how the particles behave :
  • our bodies and the world are made of the same quantum stuff that changed in the experiment when it was watched ;
  • we are all watchers."
"The quality of our beliefs and expectations have a direct and powerful effect on what happens in our everyday life.

"From this perspective, says Gregg, our reality works like a great cosmic screen that allows us to see the non physical energy of our emotions and beliefs (that is, our anger, hate and rage; as well as our love, compassion and understanding) projected in the physical medium of life."

"The studies concluding 'Observation Affects Reality' demonstrate 2 keys in translating the possibilities of our minds into the reality of our world :
  • beyond any doubt, reality changes in the presence of our focus ;
  • the more we focus, the greater the change."
"Both science and mysticism describe a force that connects everything together. Both are saying that from within, we each hold the power to influence how matter behaves and reality unfolds simply through the way in which we perceive the world around us."

Gregg used the patterns of sound in water as an analogy for the way our 'beliefs waves' ripple through the quantum stuff of which the universe is made. Without describing exactly how the ripples move, the idea was that the experience we call 'belief' has an effect that extends well beyond our bodies where it's created. In that effect we find our power, says Gregg.

He went on saying "as we learn to hone the quality of our beliefs in very precise ways, we're learning to change the belief waves of disease into healing, the patterns of war into peace, and failure and lack into success and abundance in our world. What could be more powerful ? adds Gregg. What could be more sacred ? Is it any wonder that everything from religions to nations have been built around the power of our beleifs ?

Here are some quotes choosed by Gregg that I loved :
  • Neville Goddard : we must enter the image (of our heart's desire, our dream, our goal or our answered prayer) and think from it.
  • William James : if you want a quality in life, act as if you already had it. If you want a trait, act as if you already have the trait.
  • Neville Goddard : the way to do this is to make your future dream a present fact.
  • William Blake : man is all imagination. The eternal body of man is the imagination, that is God Himself.
  • John Mac Kenzie : the distinction between what is real and what is imaginary is not one that can be finely maintained...all existing things are...imaginary.
  • Gregg Braden : we live in a reflected universe, and we are creating the reflections.
  • Neville Goddard : all we need to do to transform our imagination into reality is to assume the feeling of our wish fulfilled.
  • William James : the world we see that seems so insane is the result of a belief system that is not working.
  • Geoff Heath : we are what we come to believe ourselves to be. To change our beliefs is to change our identities. That's why it's difficult to change our beliefs.
  • Neville Goddard : all that we experience - literally everything that happens to us or is done by us - is the product of our consciousness and absolutely nothing else.
  • Gregg Braden : when we ask ourselves to transcend our limitations, what we're really asking is to change our beliefs. And to do so, we need a good reason.
  • Gautama Buddha : every human being is the author of his own health or disease.

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY.

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body.

These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion.

W hen doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies.

These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy.

Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells.

Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful.

A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts.

Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color.

Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract.

Cancer feeds on mucus.

By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment.

A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork.

Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.

About 20% can be from cooked food including beans.

Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.

To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day.

Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.

Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties.

Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water.

Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes.

Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering.

By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.

Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit.

A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor.

Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment.

Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit.

Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment.

Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level.

Oxygen therapy is another mea ns employed to destroy cancer cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro.

2. No water bottles in freezer.

3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters.

This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well.

Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer.

Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.

Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.

He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.

He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.

This especially applies to foods that contain fat.

He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.

Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food.

You get the same results, only without the dioxin.

So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.

He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper.

The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave.

As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.

Cover food with paper towel instead.

This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life.

Creating S.M.A.R.T. Goals...by Gene Donohue

Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Timely

Specific - A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal.

To set a specific goal you must answer the six "W" questions:

*Who: Who is involved?
*What: What do I want to accomplish?
*Where: Identify a location.
*When: Establish a time frame.
*Which: Identify requirements and constraints.
*Why: Specific reasons, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal.

EXAMPLE: A general goal would be, "Get in shape."

But a specific goal would say, "Join a health club and workout 3 days a week."

Measurable - Establish concrete criteria for measuring progress toward the attainment of each goal you set.

When you measure your progress, you stay on track, reach your target dates, and experience the exhilaration of achievement that spurs you on to continued effort required to reach your goal.

To determine if your goal is measurable, ask questions such as...

How much?
How many?
How will I know when it is accomplished?

Attainable - When you identify goals that are most important to you, you begin to figure out ways you can make them come true.

You develop the attitudes, abilities, skills, and financial capacity to reach them.

You begin seeing previously overlooked opportunities to bring yourself closer to the achievement of your goals.

You can attain most any goal you set when you plan your steps wisely and establish a time frame that allows you to carry out those steps.

Goals that may have seemed far away and out of reach eventually move closer and become attainable, not because your goals shrink, but because you grow and expand to match them.

When you list your goals you build your self-image.

You see yourself as worthy of these goals, and develop the traits and personality that allow you to possess them.

Realistic - To be realistic, a goal must represent an objective toward which you are both willing and able to work.

A goal can be both high and realistic; you are the only one who can decide just how high your goal should be.

But be sure that every goal represents substantial progress.

A high goal is frequently easier to reach than a low one because a low goal exerts low motivational force.

Some of the hardest jobs you ever accomplished actually seem easy simply because they were a labor of love.

Your goal is probably realistic if you truly believe that it can be accomplished.

Additional ways to know if your goal is realistic is to determine if you have accomplished anything similar in the past or ask yourself what conditions would have to exist to accomplish this goal.

Timely - A goal should be grounded within a time frame.

With no time frame tied to it there's no sense of urgency.

If you want to lose 10 lbs, when do you want to lose it by?

"Someday" won't work.

But if you anchor it within a timeframe, "by May 1st", then you've set your unconscious mind into motion to begin working on the goal.

T can also stand for Tangible - A goal is tangible when you can experience it with one of the senses, that is, taste, touch, smell, sight or hearing.

When your goal is tangible you have a better chance of making it specific and measurable and thus attainable.

Myth 10: Don’t be yourself!...by David Cameron Gikandi

This is the mother of all the myths.

We are fed this myth in so many different ways and through so many different channels.

There is the prevailing idea that you cannot be yourself and succeed.

You are taught to change yourself to fit a certain ‘standard’, to accept certain ideas… to blend in!

In fact, you are even rewarded for blending in, for losing your natural essence, for dropping your own way.

The rewards are piecemeal.

Often consisting of minor promotions, small raises, stars on sheets of paper.

All the time, the big reward, your life lived in passion, is held at bay, unlived.

Look, you may copy successful ways of life, but you don’t have to stop being yourself.

In fact, being yourself is the best thing you can do for your success.

Accept your strengths and weaknesses, then apply your strengths 100%.

Whatever they may be.

Accept your passions!

Then follow your heart 100%!

Know your natural path and ways, then harmonize that with the world and follow your path.

I am not calling for a rebellion for the sake of rebellion.

That is just as unproductive as conforming.

What I am saying is, be at peace with who you are, leverage your power and passions, learn what you need to learn from those who have succeeded at what you wish to accomplish, then follow your way, and you will succeed so well, and you will be happy because it will be in doing what you love!

BUT WAIT!

Didn’t they tell us, when we were younger, that we can’t just do what we love, that we have to do what we are told, and work in careers selected from a menu that was presented to us when we were too young to know any better?

Yes, they did tell us these things!

And now we believe them, we accept them as facts of life.

Wake up!

They aren’t facts of life!

They are just beliefs about life.

You can do what you love and succeed mightily.

You simply need to know how.

  1. Le pouvoir de légitimité qui vient avec la position hiérarchique dans la structure managériale et qui est donné par une autorité supérieure, généralement accompagné par les conditions et les attributs d’autorité ;
  2. Le pouvoir de coercition qui est la capacité de punir les autres quand ils ne s’engagent pas dans les comportements souhaités, tel la critique, la suspension, la lettre d’avertissement, la mauvaise notation, la pression psychologique (harcèlement professionnel et familial), le congédiement ;
  3. Le pouvoir de récompense qui constitue la capacité de contrôler et de procurer des récompenses valorisantes aux yeux des autres, matérielles ou pas, tel une promotion, une augmentation, un bonus, un projet intéressant, une recommandation, un meilleur bureau, un véhicule ou un logement de fonction, des missions à l’étranger ou un programme de formation, des félicitations, des congés ;
  4. Le pouvoir d’expert basé sur le fait de posséder une expertise qui est valorisée par les autres, que ce soit un savoir-faire technique, des connaissances ou une expérience ;
  5. Le pouvoir d’information qui provient de l’accès à des informations importantes pour l’organisation et son avenir, et le contrôle sur sa dissémination ou pas ;

A Pot of Oil -- A Simple Pot of Oil...by John Harricharan

John Harricharan wrote this inspirational article in his Insight 2000 :

How often do we come to a place in life where we feel
there is no hope, no purpose for going on, no anything
to live for? Some of us come to this place often while
others just visit once in a while. But I am sure, most
of us have been there one time or another.

During such times, the pain is intense, the fear is
beyond comprehension and the confusion is great. What
do we do at such times? Where do we go? Who do we ask
for help? Where do we turn?

I have always maintained that there are only three
problems in life -- money, health and relationships. Any
or all of these three could turn us around from
self-confident, happy human beings into fearful, sad
and hopeless underlings.

But there is always hope, always help if we can clear
our heads, still our minds and listen to the deep calm
voice that comes from somewhere deep within us. This
voice has always been there and it will continue to be
there. All we have to do is listen.

By being quiet within and listening to the guidance
that comes from our soul, we will be led to take the
right actions, meet the right people, ask the right
questions and find the perfect solution to the problem
which haunts us.

The story is told of a prophet of God who was visiting
a small town. It is an ancient story and holds a secret
to solving all our problems. In that town lived a woman
whose husband had died and left her with tremendous
debts.

In those days, if you were unable to pay your debts,
the creditor took your children as bond servants until
the debt was paid. The woman was beside herself with
fear and anxiety. She had two sons whom she loved
dearly and could not think of losing them.

In a rare moment of quiet, she had the insight to meet
the prophet as he came to town and to ask his advice.
So as the man of God approached, she ran up to him and
told him of her plight.

As I sit here writing this, I can almost see the tired
face of the woman as the prophet looked at her and
asked her what is it that she wanted. She told him
about the death of her husband and about the creditors
who were about to come and take her sons away. She
explained how times were hard and how she had no money
to pay. She seemed to be at the end of her rope.

The holy man had compassion on her and asked, "What do
you have in the house?"

"Nothing, O man of God," she replied, "except a small
pot of olive oil."

"Go," said the prophet, "You and your sons, and borrow
as many pots as you can. Then take the pots into your
house, close the door and pour the oil you have into
them."

Surely she must have thought him mad, but nevertheless,
she did as he suggested. And then the miracle occurred.
The pot of oil she had, filled all the pots she had
borrowed and only when all were filled did the oil stop
flowing.

She went back and thanked the man of God, who said to
her, "Now, go sell the oil. You will have enough to
repay your creditors and to live comfortably."

This story was taken from the book of Second Kings,
chapter 4 and it carries a simple message for all of
us. When besieged by problems that seem insurmountable,
stop, be quiet and ask yourself this question: "What do
I have in the house?"

You may not think that you have anything, but you would
be wrong. Each and every one of us has a "pot of oil".
It may appear insignificant to us most times, but it is
still our pot of oil. Our "pot of oil" might be our
ability to sing, to write, to fix a car, to do Internet
marketing, to comfort others, to communicate
brilliantly, to pray deeply, to heal others ? whatever
it is, let's not ignore it.

Trust that you are a child of the universe with all the
help you need. You were not just thrown here on a
seemingly inhospitable planet that has seen its share
of pain, sadness, terror, poverty, distrust and all
negative things. We are not trapped by the ups and
downs of the Dow Jones average, or the numbers on the
401k. We are not slaves to the economy nor are we
horrid creatures to be punished for our past failings,
although we can choose to believe any or all of these.

We are bright, beautiful children of this space-time
and we have within us a "pot of oil" that no one else
has. We are unique in all of Eternity. Let us discover
this "pot of oil" and use it to bring us joy, peace and
all good things.

Do not be afraid or too proud to ask others for help.
There is another powerful saying that goes like this:
"Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find and
knock and it shall be opened unto you."

An old man I met by the sea one day, long ago, said to
me, "Go to God first and then to man as God directs." I
never forgot his words of wisdom. Approach your God
with hope and trust. Then listen for the guidance,
which is always there. Follow the guidance and your
"pot of oil" will overflow into all areas of your life.

Do not take my word for it. All you have to do is try
it for yourself. You'll be amazed how seemingly
impossible problems disappear as the mists before the
morning sun. Look deep within you and then look way
beyond you. And remember, to solve your problems
quickly, help others solve theirs.

"I" and "Me"...by John Harricharan

I stood upon the mountain-top
And looked into the sea,
And all my heart and all my soul
Were looking longingly.

The "I" in me saw visions great
Of things that were to come.
The "Me", I think, saw only that
Which long ago had gone.

The "Me" kept seeing awful things
Like wars and death and strife.
Meanwhile the "I" was silently
Thinking alone of life.

And as the setting sun went down
And evening shadows fell,
Both "Me" and "I" joined hands again
To say that all was well.

A funny pair, these friends of mine,
The "Me" and "I" you see;
The one is this, the other that;
They both need unity.

When one decides it wants this thing,
The other says "OH NO!"
And then a struggle starts to brew
To see which way they'll go.

The mountaintop, the valley deep,
Wherever I might be,
The heavens high, the sea below,
I still need unity.

For unity is one with God,
It takes the "I" and "Me,"
And in the melting pot of good,
Blends them eternally.

When You Can Walk On Water, Take The Boat...by John Harricharan

When he prefaced his book, John Harricharan wrote :

Life is lived from within and one can never be hurt by what appears to be happening outside.

You can change circumstances, if you so desire - for your only purpose in life is to make choices.

Once the choice is made, the entire Universe moves to bring into fruition that which you chose.

Read on then, with an open mind and let yourself ask you questions.

Many of these truths you already know, but may only have forgotten.

Let us remember together the true nature of our being.

I invite you to read this marvelous ebook, written in an inspirational style :

Choose To Believe..by Alan Tutt

'Hear' what Iain Legg said about the last Alan Tutt's ebook :

Within his brilliant new book, Alan presents some VERY interesting concepts - including some that have NEVER been presented before.

Concepts such as:

* why thoughts DO NOT create reality

* how quantum irregularities become real magic

* why you're not ALWAYS responsible for the things that happen to you

* why we sometimes experience things that conflict with our surface beliefs

* why some people use affirmations or visualizations and get the opposite of what they focus upon

* why the connection between reality and the Power of Belief is not always obvious

* the role the Placebo Effect plays in creating the life of your dreams.

Of course, understanding WHY things happens is not nearly as important as knowing HOW to change things as you desire.

Alan presents a POWERFUL system for doing exactly this, and offers some UNIQUE tools.

Nabil KHEMIR : The RayJam Master

My new friend Akbar NOUR, Smoothjazznow.com's Contributing Editor said about Nabil KHEMIR :

Nabil KHEMIR is a talented guitarist/'oud' (Arabic lute) player, singer and composer from Tunisia, blending Western and Arabic influences in his music.

He started to play when he was nine years old, receiving an oud for his birthday.

He carried on fostering his musical skills with Tunisian oud master Ali Sriti and started to perform regularly with local orchestras, while listening to jazz giants such as John Coltrane, John McLaughlin and George Benson.

Being immersed in both Western and Oriental musical cultures, KHEMIR decided to create in 2004 a hybrid instrument, called "Ray Jam", a custom double neck oud/electric guitar.

This unique instrument was assembled both in Tunisia and the Netherlands.

As the musician puts it: "The first part of the word, "Ray", I chose it, because the "Rayjam" gives off/clears a ray like the sun.

An energy I feel while playing it.

The second part, "Jam", I chose it, because the lute and guitar are jamming together when I play".

After having gained huge success in his home country, the artist came to the USA in 2007 and won an Honor Award at the 8th Annual Great American Song Contest for his tune "Parfum d'Orient et d'Occident" (Western and Oriental Fragrance).

This award enabled KHEMIR to seal a deal with an American jazz record company "Blue Canoe Records" and he released his debut album, "Ray Jam", in September 2007.

This delightful CD includes five original compositions and arrangements (his hit "Parfum d'Orient et d'Occident", "Hanin", "Nadam", "Gitane" and "Hkaya"), blending in a masterful way Nabil KHEMIR's Arabic-Andalusian musical heritage, contemporary jazz and Tunisian rythms.

Therefore, do not hesitate to listen carefully to fusion artist Nabil KHEMIR, for whom "the Rayjam is an instrument that permits to make travel all musical styles all over the world and to unify those who listen to it."

9 Other Lessons From The Teachings Of Joseph Murphy (Part 3/20)

1. Your subconscious mind controls all the vital processes of your body and knows the answer to all problems.

2. Prior to sleep, turn over a specific request to your subconscious mind and prove its miracle-working power to yourself.

3. Whatever you impress on your subconscious mind is expressed on the screen of space as conditions, experiences, and events.

4. The law of action and reaction is universal.

Your thought is action, and the reaction is the automatic response of your subconscious mind to your thought.

Watch your thoughts!

If you dwell on obstacles, delays, and difficulties, your subconscious mind responds accordingly, and you are blocking your own good.

6. The Life Principle will flow through you rhythmically and harmoniously if you consciously affirm: “I believe that the subconscious power which gave me this desire is now fulfilling it through me.”

This dissolves all conflicts.

7. You can interfere with the normal rhythm of your heart, lungs, and other organs by worry, anxiety, and fear.

Feed your subconscious with thoughts of harmony, health, and peace, and all the functions of your body will become nor-mal again.

8. Keep your conscious mind busy with the expectation of the best, and your subconscious will faithfully reproduce your habitual thinking.

9. Imagine the happy ending or solution to your problem, feel the thrill of accomplishment, and what you imagine and feel will be accepted by your subconscious mind and bring it to pass.
