Lettre A Mon Fils Fahd Et A Ses Ami(es)

We Prophesize The Future By The Words We Speak In The Now...by Gillian MacBeth-Louthan

Did you know that your words are always a self fulfilling prophecy?

Did you know that it's better to say nothing than to say something negative?

Did you know that you have to talk about solutions and not about problems?

Did you know that you are the creator of your circumstances?

So pay attention to your words.

Negative thoughts don’t need to become negative words, says Gillian MacBeth-Louthan.

She goes on adding that :

When we speak we are giving life to what we are saying, planting a seed.

We are going to get exactly what we are speaking.

Words are like seeds – they have creative power.

We are who we are today because of the words we have spoken in the past.

All of our words will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Listen to what you say about yourself.

Negative thoughts don’t need to become negative words.

The moment you speak something outright it takes on a whole new meaning and a whole new energy.

If you don’t like what you’re experiencing start changing your words.

We prophesize the future by the words we speak in the now.

Our words are always a self fulfilling prophecy.

Don’t plant negative seeds – only prophesize the good and the intention of good.

You can cancel out the Universe’s best laid plans by your own negative words and negative musings.

Death and life are the power of your words.

You will have what you say.

Your words are going to give life to exactly what you’re saying.

It’s better to say nothing than to say something negative.

Negative words cancel out God’s plan – you’re cursing your future – you’re cursing your life with your words.

What Role Does Nibiru Play In Our Ascension?...by Jelaila Starr

Is Nibiru the 12th planet of our solar system (the famous planet X), or is it a star, or a brown dwarf, or a flagship, or a battle star/planet ?
What is it exactly ?
Is it threatening our planet ?
Is it guided by ET races ?
Maybe Jelaila Starr has the answer since she states that :

"Nibiru remains our trigger for awakening.
Once it gets close enough to us, uncloaks and shows itself, it will bring about a universal shift in consciousness.
Mankind will then wake up to the fact that they are not alone in the universe and will begin to search for the reason and purpose behind this great planet/ship.
It is then that the ancient knowledge suppressed by the religions and governments of earth in order to control the people, will come to light.
Mankind’s true identity will be made known to them and they will have the opportunity to embrace it on a global scale.
Nibiru’s effects are already being felt.
Due to its massive size, Nibiru is already affecting our weather, our planetary frequency and our sun.
Once again, I am not a scientist so I cannot give you this information in those terms.
I will give you what they show me.
Nibiru is affecting our sun.
Because of the pressure being exerted by its mass moving closer to us, it is creating pressure on the sun.
This pressure is like squeezing a tomato until it begins to rupture.
These ruptures are the solar flares and emissions from the sun.
The sun is changing and emitting more light.
Much like going from a 75 watt bulb to a 150 watt bulb.
This changes our DNA and activates the dormant codes within it to begin the transmutation of our bodies from carbon-based to crystalline-based.
Though uncomfortable, this transmutation is necessary to move into a higher dimension i.e., 5D."

Crop Circles...by Shawn Randall

"Each summer scores of geometric symbols, mandalas and beautiful patterns spontaneously appear in crop fields in the countryside of England.

"The mystery and beauty of this sacred geometry calls to us.

"Some have called Crop Circles 'humanity's wake up call'.

"Some say they touch our very soul...or activate our DNA in new ways.

"What are they?

"Who or what manifests them?

"What part do they play in our paradigm change?

"How do they change our perception of ourselves and our world?

Handling Anger The Multidimensional Way...by Jelaila Starr

It's the best article I've ever read about handling anger be it personalized or impersonalized.

Jelaila found 5 values to anger when used properly:

  1. Anger acts as a protective mechanism, sort of like a fire alarm. Our Inner Child uses it to alert us to the fact that we have been, or will shortly be, emotionally and/or physically violated.
  2. Anger when expressed shows our Inner Child that we love him/her because he/she has alerted us to possible danger and we listened and responded. In essence, we walked our talk. We showed by our action that we do care enough about him/her to protect him/her.
  3. Anger can be cathartic when expressed in the moment, cleansing the body of the emotional/physical violation so that it doesn’t get stored.
  4. When expressing anger in a relationship to clear a violation, or our fear of a one, we remain current with our feelings, and thus, open and honest with our partner.
  5. Expressing anger and then validating the pain it causes to the listener can build trust between individuals in a relationship faster than just about anything. It can strengthen and deepen a bond much faster than if no anger is ever expressed.

Jelaila distinguishes 2 types of anger:

Impersonalized or Non-Personalized Anger

It's anger that one person vents or expresses around another that is not personally about the listener, says Jelaila.

To be able to allow venting in your presence, goes on Jelaila, you need a venting agreement:

  • We agree to allow each other to vent anger in our presence without fear of being made wrong, fixed or shut down.
  • We agree that when we are the Listener (the person listening to the vent), we will be supportive and empathetic.
  • When we are the Ventor (the person venting), we agree to only express anger that is not aimed at the Listener and to thank that person and show appreciation afterward.

Jelaila gives you guidelines for using this agreement:

  1. The Ventor does not aim his/her vent at the Listener.
  2. The Listener agrees to listen to the vent without making the ventor wrong, trying to fix the situation, or shutting them down. The listener agrees to be a supportive and empathetic listener.
  3. The Ventor agrees that once he/she is done expressing that he/she will return and thank the listener, and show appreciation for the gift of this loving service.

Personalized Anger

It's anger that one person vents or expresses at another and which is about the listener, says Jelaila.

She provides the tools to handle this kind of anger:

  • You and the other person agree to allow yourselves to express anger at the other without fear of being invalidated, made wrong, fixed or shut down.
  • You agree that when one of you is angry at the other, that person will listen to the vent and validate the angered party without defending and apologizing where necessary.
  • Once the angered party has been validated and had time to calm down, he/she agrees to look at how he/she may have helped to create the situation which caused the anger, and to take responsibility, apologizing where necessary.
  • Find your part in co-creating the conflict that resulted in hurt and anger. You can’t fully clear the pain of the event, nor learn how to prevent the same response, until you see how you used your power to create it and the reason why.

Key Points that Jelaila invites you to remember :

  1. Anger is a part of being human and serves a vital purpose.
  2. Anger must be released from the body in order to remain healthy.
  3. To handle anger properly, we need agreements in all relationships for it.
  4. Validation is the key to releasing the pain of the anger from the body.
  5. Once we are validated we can then be open to seeing the other side of a conflict and not until.
  6. Once we see the other side, to clear the conflict and restore the balance, we must own our part in co-creating the conflict. We must see the mirror.
  7. Once we see the mirror and own it, we move into compassion…gratitude and appreciation for the opportunity to clear our emotional baggage and obtain that soul growth that caused us to incarnate in the first place. And just as important, we express appreciation and gratitude for the partner, friend or loved one who cares enough to participate in the learning with us.
  8. To avoid conflicts, instead of jumping to conclusions and making assumptions about another’s’ actions, give them the benefit of the doubt. Ask questions to make sure you have a reason to be upset. The more we integrate our fears, the easier this will be.

Polarity Integration: the “Universal Game”...by Jelaila Starr

According to the importance of the messages of Jelaila Starr for the personal development and spiritual path of human beings here on planet Earth which are lessons taught by the Nibiruan Council, I couldn't help but present you this vital article written by Jelaila.

Here are some excerpts of this vital article :

Polarity Integration means the integration of two opposites.

In our universe the “game for soul evolution” is called Polarity Integration and what we are here to integrate are the two opposites, Light and Dark.

The Light can be described as love, joy, bliss and all the emotions connected with the upper chakras.

The Dark can be described as fear, anger, blame, shame and all the emotions connected with the lower chakras.

The Light represents the “reward”, joy, happiness, bliss.

The Dark represents the “lesson”, the challenge.

Emotional/physical pain, and the emotions of fear and anger are what we must learn to value as part of the lesson.

Compassion is the goal of the game.

Compassion is the integration point, the middle point of the two opposites.

When the soul reaches true compassion, it feels acceptance for both sides, judging neither as inherently good or bad.

Achieving compassion or integration means that a soul sees the value in both the Light and the Dark, and chooses to have both in balanced portions, as part of itself.

Each soul in this universe is playing the Polarity Integration Game in order to achieve spiritual evolution and eventual reunion with Divine Creator, the Source, All that Is.

One of the great challenges of the Polarity Integration Game is finding the value in the Dark.

The Dark is the schoolhouse, and the classes are the lessons we desire to learn in order to achieve a balance of both within ourselves.

The other great challenge is our belief that we want to stay in the Light.

The Light is like a vacation spot on a tropical island.

It is a getaway from the stress and strain of spiritual growth.

We were never meant to stay there because staying in the Light would be polarizing to that extreme.

Polarizing to either the Light or Dark stagnates spiritual growth.

It also eliminates the ability to procreate since the physical form is then partially emotionally shut down.

It takes a balance of both polar opposites to be able to procreate without a problem.

In order to achieve our goal, we all play roles that are Dark and roles that are Light.

Otherwise, we could not integrate because we would not have the experience of these opposites.

The 9 Steps Of The Formula Of Compassion...by Jelaila Starr

The Formula of Compassion discovered by Jelaila Starris a multidimensional process to access personal responsibility that is based on the higher perspective of compassion and consists of 9 steps that enable us to release another from playing a role, and thus change our relationship with that person.

In addition, once we change our relationship to that person, we also see the portion of our reality, the situation in which this person was involved, also change.

The Nine Steps of the Formula are as follows:
Step One: Lesson
What is the lesson I wanted to learn regarding this person and the conflict we are experiencing?

Step Two: Contract
What is the contract I made with this person?

Step Three: Role
What is the role this person is playing to act out his/her part of the contract?

Step Four: Aspect
What is the aspect of myself this person is reflecting back to me?

Step Five: Gift
What is the gift this person is giving me by playing their role?

Step Six: Acceptance
Can I accept the role that this person has played, along with their actions, to help me learn this lesson?

Step Seven: Allowing
Can I allow myself to let go of my anger towards this person who played the role to help me learn the lesson?

Step Eight: Release
Can I release this person from blame?

Step Nine: Kindness
Now that I have released this person, can I be kind to him/her, and if so, how can I do it and when will I do it?
Now that you are feeling the gratitude and compassion, having released the other person from blame and anger, and realize you can be kind to them now, you are just about finished with the Formula.

The final two parts to Step Nine are:

    a) How will you show your kindness, and

    b) When you will do it?

For more details, read the integral article : The Formula Of Compassion

To see how this Formula is applied, read the following article : President Bush And The Formula Of Compassion

"If we don’t want a lying, cheating, disingenuous president in the White House then we must stop being and doing these things to ourselves and each other.

"If we want truth, honesty, and integrity from our leader, we must become those things ourselves.

"Remember, our president is only a mirror of us; what a powerful and true mirror he has been. Jelaila Starr.

In another article intitled Homeland Security And The Formula Of Compassion, the interaction between Light and Dark and how to resolve the conflict is more clear :

"We are at the end of a grand cycle of evolution where we must make a choice.

"We either move up to the next level through ascending our consciousness and our planet, or face destruction.

"It’s at this point that things really heat up.

"It’s all part of the process of ascension and we, the people, are the co-creators.

"Through our choices, individually and collectively we bring forth increased amounts of Light, but, at the same time create more potent manifestations of the Dark.

"Now why would we want to increase the Dark on our world?

"That’s where most of us have missed the boat.

"We have been taught that the Dark is bad and has no value but from the Higher Perspective, it does.

"We create the Dark manifestations in order to act as a catalyst to keep us moving forward.

"We learn through the pain, pain is the great teacher; it shows us what we want by experiencing the consequences of what we don’t want.

"Once we understand this universal principle, a principle of compassion, we can begin to change the reality that we now see. Jelaila Starr.

What Are The Mechanics Of Ascension?...by Jelaila Starr

The best article I've ever read on the subject of Ascension written by Jelaila Starr, an internationally known channel, teacher, and counselor, author of "We are the Nibiruans", "The Mission Remembered", and "The Keys of Compassion".

Here are some excerpts from her article :

Ascension is a process that has spiritual, emotional, mental and physical components.

This process is multi-layered and interconnected, meaning that an action taken on one level affects the other levels (think of it as a domino effect).

The mechanics of the ascension process go something like this:
  1. You ask for your fears to be made known to you.
  2. A fear manifests in your life packaged as a lesson that has come forward.
  3. You move through the fear, being willing to experience it as completely as necessary in order to integrate it.
  4. You integrate the fear, thus learning the lesson. In this part you feel the fear feelings associated with this fear/lesson. They can be feelings such as guilt, shame, hatred, anger, resentment, etc. (Yes, we do fear feeling these emotions because we have been taught that they are bad and if we experience them, we are bad.)
  5. You experience release as the fear is integrated and the lesson is learned. In this release you experience emotions such as joy, bliss, gratitude (for the person who played the Dark role) and compassion (for the pain the Dark role person had to experience in order to play their part). As you feel the compassion, there is a tingling sensation in your body and in many cases an orgasmic explosion of energy in your high heart chakra (this is the anger, shame, etc., being transmuted into compassion) as you release the people involved in your lesson from blame.
  6. The compassion you feel transmutes a bit more of your DNA from carbon-based to crystal or silica-based, thus allowing more light into your body. At the same time, any implants (also known as behavior patterns) associated with that fear/lesson are changed (balanced). If you have been working on this fear in all its various aspects for a while, those newly changed implants then release their bit of your dormant 10 strands of your DNA so that they can be realigned.
The more we move through these steps, (read the Formula of Compassion for more details on this integration/transmutation process) the more we recode our DNA, this shifting our consciousness closer and closer to the integration point between Light and Dark. Compassion is the unconditional and equal acceptance of all things (Light and Dark) regardless of who or what they are. Now let’s look at some of the misconceptions about ascension.

The 6 Principles Of Naturopathic Medicine...by Dr Karuna Sabnani

Rather than trying to attack specific symptoms of a disease, says Dr Karuna Sabnani, naturopathic doctors focus on cleansing and strengthening the body to address and prevent both chronic and acute disease, following the six principles of naturopathic medicine:
  1. The healing power of nature. Respect for nature includes honoring our fellow human beings, and our bodies’ powerful natural healing processes. Naturopathic treatments work in harmony with the body’s immune system, to increase strength and vitality.
  2. First, do no harm. The approaches used in naturopathic medicine are focused on being safe and non-invasive, with a minimal risk of side effects.
  3. Find and treat the cause. Naturopathic doctors honor symptoms as the body’s way of communicating deeper problems. We generally do not treat the symptoms themselves, as this would be analogous to fixing the “check engine” light on one’s car, instead of checking and fixing the engine. When the cause of an illness is addressed appropriately, the symptoms are addressed as well.
  4. Treat the whole person. Each patient is unique in their own life experiences as well as their genetics, and disease manifests differently in each individual. Each patient has his or her unique dynamic of physical, emotional and mental interactions. When these interactions are out of balance, one’s susceptibility to disease, as well as one’s ability to fight disease, are impacted. Naturopathic medicine seeks to balance the body’s physical, emotional and mental interactions with the appropriate natural medicines and treatment.
  5. Prevent disease. If we all take responsibility for our life situations, lifestyles, habits and patterns, we can begin to recognize imbalances, and work to change them for the better. Naturopathic doctors work with patients to help determine areas needing attention and change, to help prevent minor illnesses from developing into more serious or chronic degenerative disaeases.
  6. Physician as teacher. Disease not only encourages our bodies’ innate healing abilities, but also allows us to open up and accept the help and love of others. Naturopathic physicians work to educate patients about their bodies and how to live more healthy lifestyles, so that healing may occur. When this interaction takes place, healing occurs, and we can share the experience and compassion, and catalyze the healing process in others.

The Double Slit Experiment...by Gregg Braden

In the famous and now well-know 'Double Slit Experiment', "the photons changed from the particle form that could pass through one opening at a time in the barrier (the single slit) to a waveform that could pass through multiple openings in the barrier (the double slit)", says Gregg Braden in his 'Spontaneous Healing Of Belief'.

"What caused the particles to change into waves to accomodate the situation ?" asks Gregg.

"How did the particles know that there was more than one opening in the barrier ? " continues Gregg questionning the experiment.

He concludes that "photons are influenced just by being watched and the more the watching, the greater the watcher's influence on how the particles behave :
  • our bodies and the world are made of the same quantum stuff that changed in the experiment when it was watched ;
  • we are all watchers."
"The quality of our beliefs and expectations have a direct and powerful effect on what happens in our everyday life.

"From this perspective, says Gregg, our reality works like a great cosmic screen that allows us to see the non physical energy of our emotions and beliefs (that is, our anger, hate and rage; as well as our love, compassion and understanding) projected in the physical medium of life."

"The studies concluding 'Observation Affects Reality' demonstrate 2 keys in translating the possibilities of our minds into the reality of our world :
  • beyond any doubt, reality changes in the presence of our focus ;
  • the more we focus, the greater the change."
"Both science and mysticism describe a force that connects everything together. Both are saying that from within, we each hold the power to influence how matter behaves and reality unfolds simply through the way in which we perceive the world around us."

Gregg used the patterns of sound in water as an analogy for the way our 'beliefs waves' ripple through the quantum stuff of which the universe is made. Without describing exactly how the ripples move, the idea was that the experience we call 'belief' has an effect that extends well beyond our bodies where it's created. In that effect we find our power, says Gregg.

He went on saying "as we learn to hone the quality of our beliefs in very precise ways, we're learning to change the belief waves of disease into healing, the patterns of war into peace, and failure and lack into success and abundance in our world. What could be more powerful ? adds Gregg. What could be more sacred ? Is it any wonder that everything from religions to nations have been built around the power of our beleifs ?

Here are some quotes choosed by Gregg that I loved :
  • Neville Goddard : we must enter the image (of our heart's desire, our dream, our goal or our answered prayer) and think from it.
  • William James : if you want a quality in life, act as if you already had it. If you want a trait, act as if you already have the trait.
  • Neville Goddard : the way to do this is to make your future dream a present fact.
  • William Blake : man is all imagination. The eternal body of man is the imagination, that is God Himself.
  • John Mac Kenzie : the distinction between what is real and what is imaginary is not one that can be finely maintained...all existing things are...imaginary.
  • Gregg Braden : we live in a reflected universe, and we are creating the reflections.
  • Neville Goddard : all we need to do to transform our imagination into reality is to assume the feeling of our wish fulfilled.
  • William James : the world we see that seems so insane is the result of a belief system that is not working.
  • Geoff Heath : we are what we come to believe ourselves to be. To change our beliefs is to change our identities. That's why it's difficult to change our beliefs.
  • Neville Goddard : all that we experience - literally everything that happens to us or is done by us - is the product of our consciousness and absolutely nothing else.
  • Gregg Braden : when we ask ourselves to transcend our limitations, what we're really asking is to change our beliefs. And to do so, we need a good reason.
  • Gautama Buddha : every human being is the author of his own health or disease.

Belief Codes...by Gregg Braden

Here are 7 from 31 Belief Codes discovered by Gregg Braden and formalized in his incomparable "Spontaneous Healing Of Belief" which builds a bridge between science and spirituality :
Belief Code 1:
Experiments show that the focus of our attention changes reality itself and suggest that we live in an interactive universe.

Belief Code 2:
We live our lives based on what we believe about our world, ourselves, our capabilities, and our limits.

Belief Code 3:
Science is a language—one of many that describe us, the universe, our bodies, and how things work.

Belief Code 4:
If the particles that we're made of can be in instantaneous communication with one another, be in two places at once, and even change the past through choices made in the present, then we can as well.

Belief Code 5:
Our beliefs have the power to change the flow of events in the universe—literally to interrupt and redirect time, matter, and space, and the events that occur within them.

Belief Code 6:
Just as we can run a simulated program that looks and feels real, studies suggest that the universe itself may be the output of a huge and ancient simulation—a computer program—that began long ago. If so, then to know the program's code is to know the rules of reality itself.

Belief Code 7:
When we think of the universe as a program, atoms represent "bits" of information that work just the way familiar computer bits do. They are either "on," as physical matter, or "off," as invisible waves.

To Change The Way We Live, We Must Change The Way We Believe...by Gregg Braden

"Do we have the wisdom to marry science, history, tradition and belief into the miracle that awaits us on December 21, 2012 ?" Says Gregg Braden, suggesting in his wonderful "Choice Point 2012" that :

What sets the Mayan prophecy apart from the general predictions of other cultures is that it has an expiration date that occurs in our lifetime.

The last cycle of the intangible Mayan calendar correponds to a series of tangible events, some of which are already happening today.

Here is what we know for certain :

  • the end of the Mayan Great Cycle marks a rare alignment of our planet, our solar system, and the center of our galaxy - one that will not occur again for another 26.000 years.
  • on March 10, 2006, a cycle of solar storms ended and a new cycle began. It is predicted to peak in 2012, with an intensity 30-50% greater than previous cycles.
  • scientists agree that Earth's magnetic fields are weakening quickly, and some suspect that we are in the early stage of a polar reversal.
  • correlations between the magnetic fields of the Earth and human experience suggest that it is easier for us to accept change and adapt to new ideas in weaker fields of magnetism.
  • recent validation of quantum principles proves that the way we perceive our world - our beliefs about our experience - strongly influences our physical reality.
With these facts in mind, the December 21 solstice of 2012 appears to be a geat cosmic window of opportunity.

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY.

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body.

These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion.

W hen doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies.

These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy.

Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells.

Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful.

A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts.

Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color.

Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract.

Cancer feeds on mucus.

By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment.

A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork.

Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.

About 20% can be from cooked food including beans.

Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.

To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day.

Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.

Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties.

Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water.

Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes.

Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering.

By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.

Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit.

A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor.

Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment.

Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit.

Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment.

Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level.

Oxygen therapy is another mea ns employed to destroy cancer cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro.

2. No water bottles in freezer.

3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters.

This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well.

Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer.

Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.

Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.

He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.

He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.

This especially applies to foods that contain fat.

He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.

Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food.

You get the same results, only without the dioxin.

So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.

He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper.

The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave.

As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.

Cover food with paper towel instead.

This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life.
